Vieques, Puerto Rico has the best beaches with the clearest water, and barely anyone on them! I'd recommend renting a house near Esperanza and a Jeep. Some of our fave places this time were Coconuts (Sushi pizza), Bilí, the green store (no real name), Duffy's, Lazy Jack's, and all the beaches and horses, which are everywhere. shout out to the roosters.
